A one-month introductory programme designed to introduce students to the fundamental principles of improvisation in a supportive, engaging and inclusive environment. Age 8 to 12

Same Foundation level, just a shorter programme, built entirely around fun. No pressure, no perfect, just play, while building real confidence and interpersonal skills like listening and working well with others.
Ages 12 to 15
Held at Eftychia's Dance Studio, Voula.
A private class at your own home, personalised to your child's pace, rhythm and place. First and foremost, it's fun, a safe, judgement-free space to play without worrying about getting it "wrong."
Built on playful theatre games, it helps build confidence, courage, focus and imagination, while picking up interpersonal skills like listening and working well with others, all without it feeling like a lesson.
Small enough to stay personal, big enough to play together: 1 to 3 kids or teens per session, so siblings or friends can join in.
Ages 8 to 18

Improv theatre uses structured games, not performance or punchlines, to practise real skills like listening, deciding and adapting under pressure, without the usual fear of failing in front of colleagues.
I deliver on-site workshops built around four core areas: communication and active listening, leadership and adaptability, creativity and innovation, and team cohesion and trust. Sessions can focus on one area or weave several together, depending on what your team most needs.
Formats range from a high-energy two-hour taster to an extended half-day covering all four areas, for groups of 7 to 15. Well suited to offsites, onboarding or ongoing professional development.
A calm, guided meditation session working through the chakras, a chance to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Improv is theatre made up on the spot, with no script, no lines to memorise and no plan to stick to. In class, that means playing games, running exercises and building scenes together in real time, using whatever your partner gives you and running with it.
You don't need to be an actor to do it. It's a hobby, plain and simple, one that happens to build real confidence, bring people together and turn strangers into friends. This isn't an acting class, it's perfect for anyone curious, nervous or just looking for a fun way to spend an evening.
Greek and Belgian, endlessly curious and often smiling before I even walk into the room. I lead with empathy, both on stage and in the classroom, because I think that's where the best stories and the best students come from. I've facilitated children's overnight theatre camps, trained in meditation and I'm not afraid to get a little silly to make a point.
My classroom is built on two things: safety and humour. Safety, because real growth happens when people feel free to take risks without fear of getting it "wrong." Humour, because life's too short not to laugh at yourself a little. I've taught both kids and adults, and I've learned that the same spirit of play works its magic at any age.
If I cancel a class or session (illness, low enrolment, etc.), you'll first be offered a makeup. If that doesn't work for you, you can choose full credit or a refund. Credit for classes I cancel can be used the following month.
Please get in touch if something comes up. For serious illness or emergencies, I'll always do my best to help.

No. Foundations classes (kids, teens and adults) are designed for complete beginners. Sound & Story and Advanced classes are the exceptions, they're intended for students who've completed Foundations or have equivalent improv experience.
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. No costumes or special gear needed.
Yes, in fact it's often exactly the right fit. Classes are built around a safe, judgement-free space. Plenty of shy students come out of their shell more through play than through pressure to perform.
Kids classes start at age 8. For younger children, private Play & Grow sessions at home may be a better starting point, reach out to discuss.
Classes are students-only. This helps everyone focus, take risks and be fully present without an audience watching.
Use the contact form or email directly and payment is handled by bank transfer or Revolut.
See the full Cancellation Policy section above, it varies a little by class type, but in short: cancel with enough notice (72 hours for packages and private sessions, 48 hours for Sound & Story and meditation) for a full refund.
Not at all. Most people show up solo, and lots of them make friends really quickly in class. Improv has a way of turning strangers into a group fast.
Yes. Whether it's a birthday, a special event, or a themed session, get in touch and we can build something around what you're looking for.
